• Not applicable, except for arrivals between 29th December 2023 – 2nd January 2024(included) and 28th December 2024 – 01st January 2024(included), a minimum stay of 5 (Five) consecutive nights is applicable for stays at Avani Ibn Battuta.
• No check-out is allowed on 31st December 2023/2024.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 14:00 hours. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14:00 will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room rate and should be requested at time of reservation.
• Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room rate. For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.
• Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed; guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.
NEW YEAR GALA DINNER 2023 (COMPULSORY):
