The Above Contracted Rates are valid for FIT/individuals bookings only and not valid for group bookings of 10 rooms & above.

As per the Dubai Executive Resolution No. (2) of 2014, a "Tourism Dirham" charge of AED 20 per occupied room-night will be applicable. The "Tourism Dirham" charge will appear as a separate line item on the guests' invoice to be settled directly upon check out.

Buffet breakfast is served in All-day dining restaurant - Jigsaw for all rooms with BB plan.

The Hotel reserves the right at any time to amend the rates to reflect any changes in government service and fees, or to comply with any new government regulations. Government taxes are subject to change by the Government of United Arab Emirates with or without prior notice and Company/Purchaser will bear all tax increments, should there be any amendments.

Guaranteed interconnecting rooms are available at additional supplement of AED 100Nett per night on request basis.

Executive Club Lounge

benefits for guests who book AVANI Executive Room, AVANI Junior Suite, AVANI Executive Suite:
a) International breakfast in Jigsaw Restaurant from 6:30 am – 10:30 am
b) Tea, coffee and soft drinks available from 7:00 am – 11:00 pm
c) Afternoon tea with selection of fruits, cakes and hot pastry dishes from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
d) Complimentary evening cocktails and canapes from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
e) Complimentary airport transfers to / from Dubai International Airport Terminal per room.
f) Complimentary WiFi high speed internet access in the rooms and Executive Lounge
g) Daily newspapers

The Hotel reserves the right to revise/withdraw the supplements.

NOTE: Dates are subject to change and any new citywide event announced by DTCM, DCB or DIEC will be updated accordingly with Black-out dates and supplement.

Early departure
• One-night additional fees on the same meal plan booked will be charged

Names / Dates Change
• Name or date changes are not allowed, and any request shall be considered as a new reservation

Check In / Check Out
While every effort will be made to have rooms ready as soon as possible, normal Check-in time is from 1400 hrs. If an earlier check-in is required; we recommend that the room be reserve a day in advance.
Normal Check-out time is 1200 hrs. The late Check-out time can be confirmed subject to availability at the following charges.
• Late Check-out till 18:00 hrs - Half room rate
• Late Check-out after 18:00 hrs - Full rate
Early Check-in and late Check-out will depend upon availability. Should your group have any special requests for check-in or check-out, we would be happy to discuss these details with you.

Child Policy
-Children from 0 to 5.99 years old sharing parent’s room using the existing bedding will be free of charge under parent’s meal plan booked

-Meals ordered for children from the A La Carte menu will be charged at the published meal rates.

- Children from 12 years old & above will be treated as adults when sharing parent’s room, therefore one adult and one child above 12 years old is considered double occupancy.

Meal Supplement:

All meals are served as Buffet in Jigsaw restaurant.
Meals ordered a la carte will be charged at the published rates.
Half Board/Full Board must be pre booked for the entire length of stay on Room with Breakfast Basis.
Half Board/Full Board rates are not valid on New Year’s Eve, 31st December 2023.
NOTE: Meals booked prior to the arrival date are guaranteed and charged whether it was consumed or not.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
The Hotel appreciates your submission of smoking/non-smoking, bed-type requests and flight details. Every effort will be made to accommodate these requests, when prearranged subject to availability.
