YIELDABLE AGREEMENT 2022 - 2023

TERMS & CONDITIONS

•  Rates are subject to AED 15 NET Tourism Dirham per room per night.

• ALOFT AIRPORT KING/TWIN (33 – 36 m²)
  - King or Twin Bed
  - 2 Phones Available
  - Coffee Machine
  - City/Courtyard View
  - 55 Inch Flat Screen
  - Walk In Shower with Rainfall Showerheads
  - Complimentary Bottled Water
  - Iron & Ironing Board

Child Policy:

• Kids policy and maximum occupancy will be applied as per rate chart.
• 2 kids in addition to parents are allowed per room.
• 0 - 6 years old: FOC on the existing parents bed with FOC breakfast, lunch & dinner in All Day Dining Restaurant when accompanied by parents.
• 1st Child 00-06 and 2nd Child 00-06 can stay free of charge with Extra Bed (Existing Bed + Rollaway Bed/Sofa Bed).
• 2nd Child 06-11.99 is chargeable (Extra Bed & Meal Supplement) as per supplement chart.
• Children as from 12 years old and above are considered and charged as adults.

Rollaway Beds:

• Additional charges applied for Rollaway beds as below per room per night. Maximum of 1 Rollaway bed per room if required. Bedding provided consists of a roll-away bed 80 x 195cm and baby cots (are suitable for infants of ages up to 2.99 inclusive) and subject to availability

Meal and other supplements:

• Additional charges applied for Half Board and Full Board as below per person per night:
• Breakfast, Half-board and Full-board are offered in the All Day Dining restaurant in with selected menu options and is based on meal prices mentioned below. Drinks are not included to the packages.
• Rates are not valid during Theme lunches and dinners and Brunches; in this case the hotel will suggest another option.

Parking:

Hotel offers self-parking for one car on complimentary basis.

Check-in time is 14:00 hours check-out time is 12:00 hours. All guests arriving before 14:00 hours will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
