TERMS & CONDITIONS 2025-26

• Rates are per room per night, quoted in Arab Emirates Dirham , and are non-commissionable.
• Rates are inclusive of restaurant breakfast, 7% Dubai Municipality Fees, 10% Service Charge, and 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). Service Charge is subject to change. The resort reserves the right to amend taxes and fees in accordance with increases imposed by the UAE government, without prior notice.
• Rates are exclusive of the AED 20 Tourism Dirham Fee which is calculated on a per room per night basis and payable by the guest upon check-out. The Tourism Dirham Fee applies for all stays including but not limited to commercial, complimentary, promotional, upgrades, and short stays, but excludes late check-out.
• Rates are inclusive of daily access to “Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark”.
• Rates must be packaged with at least 2 other components i.e., ground operator and airline
• Please refer to your signed evergreen Kerzner Net Rate Partner Agreement for full and complete terms and conditions.
• One&Only Royal Mirage reserves the right to modify or withdraw these rates at any time during the term of the agreement upon notice to the Contracting Partner. One&Only Royal Mirage may terminate this agreement on 30 days’ written notice to the Contracting Partner. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Dubai and the applicable Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and in the event of dispute, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction
 
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time for all guests is 15.00hrs (3 pm) local time and check-out time is 12.00hrs (12 noon) local time. For guaranteed earlier access to guest rooms, 100% of the contracted rate will be charged for the night prior, subject to availability. Late check-out until 18.00hrs (6 pm) will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate and 100% charges for late check-out after 18.00hrs (6 pm) onwards, subject to availability. Flight details or estimated arrival time of the guest must be given at the time of booking.
 
CHILD POLICY
Infants 0-3.99 years of age inclusive, stay and dine when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis. Children 4-11.99 years of age inclusive, stay and dine when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis. Children 12 years of age and above are subject to supplement charges when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis.
 
THE PALACE
All guests booking the Palace Gold Club Room, Palace One Bedroom Club Suite, or Palace Two Bedroom Club Suite, enjoy the following benefits:
• Complimentary tea, coffee, juices, and soft drinks throughout the day
• Daily afternoon tea
• Evening drinks from 18.00hrs (6pm) to 20.00hrs (8pm)
• Access to a private entrance and elevator All Suite guests staying at The Palace have access to a host throughout the stay
 
All guests staying at One&Only Royal Mirage who have a spa treatment or restaurant reservation at One&Only The Palm have access to a complimentary boat transfer that departs from The Jetty, One&Only Royal Mirage. Subject to availability and weather conditions
 
HALF BOARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Half Board includes a buffet breakfast at Olives or The Rotisserie or at The Dining Room for The Residence guests (exclusive use of The Dining Room).
• Half Board dinner is available at the following participating restaurants (subject to change without prior notice):
1. Olives, The Palace (buffet dinner)
2. Tagine, The Palace (half-board menu)
3. Beach Bar & Grill, The Palace (half-board menu)
4. Drift, Arabian Court (half-board menu, kids above 16 only)
5. The Rotisserie, Arabian Court (buffet dinner) 6. Eauzone, Arabian Court (half-board menu)
7. Zest, One&Only The Palm (half-board menu)
• The above participating restaurants have a half-board menu for half-board guests, apart from the buffet restaurants, Olives and The Rotisserie (subject to change without prior notice).
• Guests on Half Board will receive a 25% discount on the food bill during dinner at Celebrities and Tresind restaurants at One&Only Royal Mirage, and a 25% discount on the food bill during dinner at One&Only The Palm restaurants Stay and 101 - (subject to change without prior notice).
• Half Board is inclusive of food only. Beverages will be charged on consumption.
• Half Board must be booked for the entire stay and identified on the guest voucher or itinerary.
• Half Board must be booked for all guests staying in the same room.
• No credit is given if the Half Board benefit is not consumed.
• Pre-booking of the restaurants for dinner is required.
• Half Board does not apply for special events in the restaurants and the Festive New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner
